How to shift xenforo based website from one hosting to another hosting

Hi everyone I want to shift my xenforo based website from one hosting to another hosting ?

I Applied following ways to do this but 404 not found error occurs except homepage.

1. I zipped all folder of website and download it.
2. Take database backup from phpmyadmin using export
3. Upload zipped folder to new hosting and then import database in phpmyyadmin with success message.
4. Change username / database name in config file accordingly new hosting settings.

after doing all this website is still not working and giving 404 resources not found error.
anybody will tell how to move website from one hosting or server to another hosting or server.

I recommend to contact your host, I swear to god there was a migration tool somewhere around.

I can fix it sir.. delete install-lock and put your new database logins and install update
