I will try and update this every week.

Due to this being constantly leaked elsewhere and the effort involved in maintaining it this is now going to be a paid offering.

Thanks for your effort, also I've started to use Elementor and I like it. Previously I've used WPBakery Page Builder and Visual Composer, but I like more Elementor.

I've never built anything with WPBakery/Visual Builder but anytime I look at them they just don't seem as intuitive as Elementor.
