Last one, downloaded from this site, not sure if was changed already because when I download the file send me to "downloadee" and now its from Mega

Re-download the file, that code it's not longer there

I'm not one of those guys who alert if something it's not real, again I download the file from here, from this post, the link from 2 days ago was sending to Drive, also replying your question about the plugins, none, there's no plugins, and everything I always use comes from Babiato, the Google Drive link it's not longer available, my thoughts? he post a link with the wrong file (with malware) and fix it later

my website use direct link for theme and plugin and i never use google drive and etc.
also i use babiato version for my site so iam clean!

Under Construction could be disabled under BeTheme Options > Pages > UnderConstruction page.
