if you downloaded the db from the comment section then use cookie - editor chrome extension inject the following cookie it will get you logged in
Name: ci_session
Value: afgi92al638c5184h5m4ksqqigttqs9b

1. Goto the login screen and click on Cookie-Editor icon
2.It will show "ci_session" delete it
3. click on + icon in Cookie-Editor
4. Add "ci_session" in the name filed
5. copy paste the cookie in the value field click on save icon
6. Refresh the login page

It will work if you use DB provided by White devil and just add the missing admin table if you change or add any other missing table it won't work

password- 123456
Whoever stuck with admin login they can try this its working on Localhost idk why its even working
Just replace admin password in the db to 123456 simple text and save it
now goto the login page enter the username: admin and password: 123456 click on login
it will give an error like username/password is wrong in the redbox on that box thr's green loading bar before it finishes loading hit refresh it will take you to the dashboard

it uses table name 'users' to store userdata
and i have figured out 3 columns of it
1.users
2.user_id
3.user_mobile_no
and i m stuck here it will be great if you cam create all the missing tables in the db
