Can someone help me add a function to my flutter app? Small function please.

Hello family, how are you? I really want some help with an app I am planning to develope, and I want to add a function for users to submit a report. I have created a page called scan_page.dart and I want to add a function so users, when clicking on the scan they will be able to take a photo from their phone, then google maps will appear, and they will pin their location, and finally, a small comment for users to add. I want to store the users submitted reports using firebase. So anyone, please help me with this am very lost.
