Hello, does anyone have a system allowing me to put a QR code on my documents in order to check them online to find out if it's a fake or a real one?

QR is simply url shortener.
if your system can generate certifiate on the fly, just point there.
if your system can not generate on the fly, generate and save certificates somewhere and generate QR from accessible URL.
