Are you delete all folder+files in /var/cache ?

Everybody use @elssoog database file, you can use this sql below for reset admin password

UPDATE `cscart_users` SET `password` = 'e10adc3949ba59abbe56e057f20f883e', `salt` = '' WHERE `cscart_users`.`user_id` = 1;

Password is: 123456
