It's simple to use without the license... Just extract the Upload-this-module and upload the files to Modules/ then go to phpmyadmin and look for a table named Modules, insert new and attribute the details
Name: DeliveryAreaPro
Shortname: deliveryareapro
Version: 1.1
Installed: 1
active: 0
Folder/path: Modules/DeliveryAreaPro

And other details...

After that just go to the Dashboard and activate the Module...
