Does anybody exactly know what these links and their advantages/disadvantages? Are no-follow back links completely useless? I have some knowledge of Do-Follow back links. But, what is the purpose of No-follow back links. If I get 100 no-follow back links and only two do-follow back links,what is most valuable? 2 do-follows or 100 no-follow back links ?

If im not mistaken, "No Follow" links makes search engine crawlers ignore that you linked that website, so you don't hurt/improve your SEO with a link declared as no-follow.
"Do follow" will count to Search Engines.
For example, all links that you post in Facebook are no-follow.

no follow link count but they doesn't have any worth, but the do follow back link have worth depends on website domain authority and page authority if have making high DA PA backlinks do follow your result will appear soon.
