[Doubt] Envato Element Unlimited Account

Hello, I have the Envato Elements Unlimited / Pro account.

While downloading any product we get 2 option i.e
1. Add and download (means it adds to project and downloads)
2. Download Without License.


My doubt is (Yes I saw there help /forum section but still unclear about it)
1. If we "download without a license" then can we use those products anywhere on any unlimited sites? (LIke giveaway to other people here)
2. If we "add and download" we don't get a license/ purchase code. It is "only single-use" product

after downloading both version I saw that both files are same

yeah, but if you register the file you can use the license even after your membership is over. like WordPress theme and plugin. you can activate these even after your membership is gone.
