Thanks for your advice but with my current knowledge this didn't work. It's not like restarting the PC. :D I did it before even posting here. That's the method I use all the time. rm -rf /old-plugin/ and then upload the new plugin.

Follow this steps :

Method above not working ? deactivate all plugins and let only elementor+pro , if it work for you, then you have a plugin conflict, If not, please try another PHP version !

Initial thoughts are not good on the new service but can't say much until I can test it out. Just reading through the T&C's and there is a lot in there I don't like.

The biggest one being they can refuse to allow you to install any 3rd party plugin they wish.
