ELLA Shopify Theme

Hi!
I'm new to this forum! I'm looking for the latest ELLA shopify theme. I did come across several old versions but they seem to date back to 2017 and there have been countless updates and improvements ever since. It baffles me how there are so many much more expensive and crappy themes being uploaded but not any recent uploads of this theme which is one of the most popular, feature packed and best rated theme out there.
It would really be wonderful if someone could share this. Thank you.

Same confusion befolded me, but on the other hand, This Shopify bestseller is at 13,000 sales...
Which is not actually that much compared to WordPress themes like AVADA almost 600,000 or woocommerce Flatsome with 120,000.

But the biggest reason is GPL (General Public Licence) which Wordpress adopted as a rule when it started and stated that if you want to use their platform, you must make your theme/plugin available under the GPL, so copying WordPress themes and changing them is Legal.
Shopify, on the other hand, made NO SUCH CLAIMS, copying Shopify themes which are not specifically published under GPL is in fact illegal, which I can imagine deters people from nulling them.
