Doesn't make a difference to me if someone likes or rates my resources but then that's not my reason for sharing.
Well.... For me, the Number of Resource Downloads == People Appreciating the Uploaded Resource....
This forum has a built-in rep system, dependent on likes, trophies and uploads. Pretty much like most forums.
So there's merit in what the OP is saying.
You have to level-up! to qualify for the goodies in the Giveaway section...
But at the end of day - you'll be judged on quality not quantity
