a big question! - Help Please

I downloaded this theme and installed on local and tested it. when I saw that it works well, I uploaded and installed it on my website. everything was fine, but when importing Demo, it show me this error:

An error occurred while fetching file from: https://pixfort-space.sfo2.digitaloceanspaces.com/wordpress/essentials/demos/original/original-wpbakery.xml!
Reason: http_request_failed - cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds.

I tried too many times, even raised PHP version and memory size. but still I have this error and I cant import the demo. please guide me and tell me what's wrong here? what must be done that's still undone?

I did all those things but still I have that problem. Im going to format the host and upload theme once again.
but Im confused! it works well on localhost on my computer but on host, after doing all those things, still nothing

Bro @Babak when I am installing this theme it's fine in desktop view but in mobile/tablet view the first column is stuck and not showing the fonts and images but when I am scrolling to down, the first column is shown. Why it is this?? How should I resolve this problem??
