Can u guys help me with some tricks to compress video to hero on my website, if i put the video with html5 or others like youtube/vimeo.
Im trying to make this website and i really appreciate if u guys give me some feedback, things i can do better or something like that. This is my first website so i have no experience with that.

First, you did a little mistake. You have hosting your website in the folder /wp Which is not good.
Seconde, your website is not mobile optimized: https://developers.google.com/speed...=https://www.jworks.matheussousa.pt/wp/&hl=en
Third, two many animations which may make anyone confused while looking at your website.
Fourth, The menu font is too big
Fifth, language translation doesn't work on anything yet. I guess you are in the developement process.

Advice, you need to ask ROBOTS to stop indexing your website until you finish editing.
