I want to buil an E-Commerce website like DARAZ(daraz.lk, daraz.com.bd, daraz.com.pk, daraz.com.np) I want to know the server configuration for 6-10K active user.
I want to use the ACTIVE ECOMMERCE CMS for this
anyone feel free to suggest me

Are you talking about 6-10K active users as daily visitors or at the same time?
Depending on what a kind of software you are going to use, to build the website that you are talking about.
I would consider a small VPS or an shared hostingpackage with at least 8GB RAM and 4vCPU (depending on the speed).
Don't forget the I/O limits of the storage. If this is very low, your website will be very slow when you get a lot of visitors as it reads & writes once you get any kind of visitors.

If you look for a reliable hosting provider that can offer you these details what you wrote down, I could recommend you couple of companies where I work with for at least 5 years. So you could trust them.

If you mean 6-10K active users all at the same time this server setup is nowhere close to what you need. You need multiple servers with Loadbalancers if you are serving this kind of traffic.

I recommend you setup a loadbalancer. Also, use cloudflare.

Also go for openlitespeed its really fast. I am using it with Woocommerce and aapanel on Oracle arm free server and its working nicely. Before that I was using ngix but it was slow.
