hosting paid but still pending

several months ago there was a post/link on here for promo code free hosting.
I still had the link so now I bought a domain with code for a year free hosting.
I access my dashboard and it says pending even though it was paid.
I went looking but I couldn't find the original post for this offer.
normally providers website work automated so i hope I am not being scammed...

Just raise ticket support on hosting support. For me, estimate tolerance times 3x24 hours. If over time, i will consider make request refund.
