Heck water costs money.

Think for a minute, why would someone give a free hosting (forget unlimited), unless they are making money other way by selling you/your data or monetizing your website someway.

In general, businesses give free stuff for people to get a taste of their service and or product.
Restaurants in malls literally give sample food to taste for free.
For Example domain names with the word free are very hard to find because the word free is one of the most powerful sales word.

I don't know anything that can be hosted on "~300 Visits Monthly" at hostinger.
And Siteground doesn't have a free tier. At-least not that I know of.
