Important Question About Email Verification

Hello, I have a fairly large list of emails, some of them are not valid. How can I check them all at once for validity? Upload the excel file and wait for the results.

I used Amazon SES, I never thought that the mail service would be stopped so soon.

If it is possible can you advise free services so that I can check the emails?
