Is there a way to to get notified when plugin or theme on Envato elements get updated

Just wondering if I can somehow get notified or easily check somewhere when there is a new update for plugin or theme I am using from Envato Elements. I manage 20+ sites for myself and clients. I don't log in to WordPress as an admin frequently and since there is no information for recently updated items on EE it's annoying to keep track of updates. Also, I don't use their plugin for updates because I keep changing accounts almost every month.

I will try that out but are you sure this method will work while I keep changing my envato accounts every month. I am thinking of using it with trial accounts for a span of every 30 days. Will this still work?

It won't work when you change the account, I am thinking about setting up a crawler to check periodically.
