Issues posting code on threads

Hi @TassieNZ @Medw1311,

I've been noticing this problem for a long time, I'd say that since the babiato crash thing happened, and it's that sometimes when I want to write a javascript code or any other code (using the "code" option or without it) in a thread, it won't let me and I get the message " Oops! We ran into some problems. Please try again later. More error details may be in the browser console.".

Maybe you want to check this and make it work fine again.

Is it possible that there is some type of filter that restricts some type of words or specific code? And maybe after the crash, with the existing old backup, is any restrict option checked?
