What is your favourite local development server?

Currently I'm using Laragon which is lean and fast but I miss having a site template feature.

Previously I've used...

Local by Flywheel - this has a great UI and a great feature in site templates but it was slow, had problems with updates for many plugins and devs ignored bug reports.

MAMP Pro - The best thing for a Mac but now I'm back on windows it ain't so good.

Laragon and Laravel: Does anybody know if a setup with these two automatically involves the 'Composer' installation, which is required elsewhere if not Laragon is used ?

I think composer is included with laragon but check the docs here...

The documentation for Laravel on Laragon says:
# Laravel
Laravel=composer create-project laravel/laravel %s --prefer-dist
Laravel 7z=https://github.com/leokhoa/quick-create-laravel/releases/download/5.6.21/laravel-5.6.21.7z

From that it's concluded that the Composer is a part of it...
