for members who got license error when using pdf invoice and plugin settings show not activated.
you must edit this:
memerbpress > app > controllers > MerpUpdateCtrl.php function is_activated() (line 227) remove all content and return 1;

public static function is_activated() {
    return 1;
  }

memerbpress > app > controllers > MerpUpdateCtrl.php function send_mothership_request() (line 581) remove all content and return true like this

public static function send_mothership_request( $endpoint, $args=array(), $method='get', $blocking=true ) {
    return 1;
}
