Hello, I received an email from some Indians who say that they are the lawyers of a company to which they say that I have the same domain name as them, I want to know the opinion of some experts in this regard. They gave me some documents that they have registered the company since 2020 and I have the domain for about that period. What do you think about their request for me to close the domain? I offered them the opportunity to sell them my domain name.

They can't do anything if you own the domain as long as you're not doing anything illegal on domain or copying there things and act as themselves.

The only thing they can do is to buy domain from you .

Yes that i try to saying to them, i will sell this domein because is not really important for me, was just pasion.

Up to you, you can keep it or sell it if the price is right. They can not bully you, no worries.

What extension is the domain name? Who is the domain registrar how they got email id?

As long as you don't host anything that may lead to copyright claims from them you're safe-ish.

Mind that "so called lawyer" can actually be as requirements for getting certified as lawyer are different for each country.
