Looks like the Pre-build templates are not loading , is there anyway we can get the template loaded or to upload template?

I tested on Wordpress 5.8 and its working fine.

If you are talking about the templates, @TassieNZ made it clear that they are not included "(Pre-made websites are NOT included)"
