I had a USA verified Paypal but now They ask for Id and card also expired now. I can give password of my paypal and would you please deduct the money into your card and send me half of the money into my another paypal account. I wanted to send the money in another account but its not possible.
Also can you suggest me which country paypal allow us to purchase online without card and verification.
