Post by email blogger and wordpress.com

Im using Notification(Link: https://wordpress.org/plugins/notification/) + WP Mail SMTP Pro for auto post to blogger and wordpress.com blog when post puplished.
i see log email has been send but im not found any post on blogger and wordpress.com blog (some days ago all working fine)
and now for sent test email working fine only. No error log found
My vps centos 7, cyberpanel and php 7.3
Anyone have solution for fix?

plugins up to date? if the problem keeps coming and going then I think its not host related so that triggers the idea of another plugin causing a conflict.
