I have a domain that has 28 Moz spam scores, can I redirect it to a new clean domain without having any effects?

I mean, won't the spam score juice move to the new one?

You mean if you do a "301 redirect" from the old domain to the new one? I think it should not have effects.

But still, if you have spam score, you are doing something wrong :)

Link juice will be passed on, both the good stuff and bad stuff. Might not affect much as it is just one link. But if you continue to build backlinks with spam score, it'll definitely affect your clean domain.

NO! I am not working on the backlink again nor using the old

Tbh, i think it should not affect that much on the bad side, or you would be able to buy a domain with bad rep and 301 redirect it to a website from your competitors :)

You can do that, but they are also building good backlinks. You need to have spent a huge amount of money to override their good backlinks with your bad links. They can also disavow your bad backlinks.
