1. Move the sidebar to the right side.
2. Make your header area less high... You got a small black logo on a huge black background.
3. Your title area is white. Change it to black, with white font.
4. remove the privacy policy from the main menu.
5. I'm feeling overwhelmed when looking at the site. Too many videos all over. Maybe try to make only 2 videos per line, not 3. But bigger videos. Will make it more appealing to look at.
