Copy/upload the folder the7-demo-content-tmp to wp-content/uploads
Everything now fully functional including demos.

I have nulled as per yoy direction and its working fine.
But when I try to update via dashboard it is de-registered automatically.

Don't try to update via dashboard as it will overwrite with a non nulled version. Always update manually with the latest nulled release from here.
