TheGem_Elementor.zip & TheGem_WPBakery.zip are the themes. Use the one that corresponds with the page builder you want to use.

Sorry I don't have time to share the demos as it requires a lengthy and complex process.

I believe @NullMaster might be working on a solution though.

They seem to have changed the licence check too from v4.5.0.

Previously I could use my licence key on many sites but now it is limited to 1 production site and 1 local development site.
