Plugin fails during activation. I tested it on a few live servers but could not solve. When I disabled the plugin, the website was restored.

Edit :

I tested it with a new theme on a new server. This time it worked I had no problems. I wanted to report this.

It may have clashed with a few plugins in the previous theme.
