In the file indeed-affiliate-pro/classes/Uap_Db.class.php find the function envato_licensing which starts around line 6081 in v4.5.
Paste the following at the start of the function code:
PHP: 
update_option('uap_license_set', 1);
update_option('uap_envato_code', $code);
return true;
Use any key to activate the plugin

But i installed the ultimate affiliate pro 4.7.1 but show trial notifications on every form page but no notification in dashboard how to solve the issue
