Now I'm getting confused! It looks like you have Impreza activated, NOT the Ultimate Member theme.

Please clarify! :)

Partly my fault! This came as part of the most expensive package and is not readily available. I should have put it in a different folder. I'll do that shortly.

MyCRED should work though. What process are you using for updating plugins etc?

That doesn't answer my question. It seems it has installed the plugin. Have you activated it?
