WPML vs TranslatePress

Which plugin is better? So far I only use VPML, but I'm also thinking about TranslatePress, because VPML requires 3 additional plugins, and when VooCommerce is installed, the situation becomes quite complicated and difficult.

What is your opinion?

p,s, it would be great if there was s category for "X vs Y" threads .. where we can't compare and vote between plugins/themes/scripts and etc

Hi man, nice thread! I use translatepress with the seo addon! I always used wpml but the plugins you need is to much and what you say complicated. So translatepress is the winner.

Hi, All.

Being "old school" coded plugin somewhere from 2011 WPML is an obsolete concept. Yes, it uses get-text/text-domain as general .php concept but the architecture probably dated. That dated concept makes it so bulky and buggy at the same time. I didn't use neither plugins at production but inclines to TranslatePress.
