orders are placed but with zero value and not capturing customer data, i deactivated all plugins one by one till i discovered this because Automatewoo.

Hi friends, has anyone had difficulty with this plugin in sending emails? As much as I test no mail is sent in any workflow in automatewoo, when I test the preview function, and I send the test email, it does arrive to the email I put. But the workflow does not work, I have made sure I have the correct rules and variables, any recommendations to keep in mind? Thanks
