My system caused me to lose the rewrite of my answer which has all sorts of details but the long story short is that this line is harmless, just trying to set a longer php timeout for the script, so you can remove it. The error is caused because in options.php the script is asking to set value "-1" which means that it want's "no time out at all", and most web hosts won't allow that so that is why you see the error. You can either remove the line, or change the line in the script's options.php file from max_execution_time = -1 to some other value, though you might have to try a couple if you run into a restriction. Script refers to value 1200, but you might try 300 or lower and be fine. Really it is poor coding for them to need a long timeout and it should have been engineered to make multiple requests and keep state.
