After adding a language, a window will be shown for it, but in a standard form and with default settings (in Russian).
To disable a module, you must delete it in the admin panel. Switching on occurs in the opposite way. All settings are saved and stored in the database
Check that the “mbstring” module for php is enabled on your hosting. In 99% of cases, this module is enabled by default.
It is required that mbstring.func_overload be set to 0 in the site settings. If you do not know how to do this, then check with your hosting. In most cases, the default value is 0 (you, as a client, do not need to do anything), but some hosting sites set the value to 2. This is relevant in cases where you have problems with keys and module activation.
