it is not false positive there is actually malware. I found these filese
"constructo-wp-construction-business-theme430\documentation\js\jquery.localscroll-1.2.7-min.js",
"constructo-wp-construction-business-theme430\documentation\layerslider-documentation\layerslider\js"(everything in this folder)

just by looking at the javascript you can clearly see that it executes (function "eval") some obscured code(used to not get detected by AV).

Probably some kind of webshell of botnet.
Just delete these files.
Mayby there is more idk
