Do not use this zip folder someone make wrong zip folder inside upgrade folder delete this zip and use already extract files inside upgrade folder and make it zip nd extract on your server

try typing "null" else you have to go to .php file that has the code that requires the licence and just add a comment "//" so it will not run.
