The file was directly downloaded from TF, on July 23, 2020. According to the developer, the version is 1.1.8, but he might have forgotten to update it in the theme files. I installed the theme on a demo setup, and I could see the demo which is included in the 1.1.8 update (http://gentium.pixerex.com/wp/design-agency/). So I am pretty sure, this is a small mistake from the developer. Do not worry, the theme is v1.1.8. Screen Shot 2020-07-26 at 7.32.59 AM.png

Theme main plugin create's issue in customizer..it works only it we deactivate this plugin...
