Theme is not activated

You can use without activating. Just ignore it.

It's not about licence I guess. It could be about your installation I dont know, you may try to fresh install on your localhost with new version. In other hand I would prefer most popular themes rather than less popular ones.

Im also getting the need activation in order to import the demos and even install plugins. Is there a workaround?

are you sure its okay that we use this theme without activation? I havent had this error before by using this latest version!
