Those sites are part of the ZLibrary site. There are for certain regions, such as Asia (the one you posted), Europe and probably more.

But it looks like they recently get a new generalist site, which is the same thing, but on an easier to memorize domain name: https://book4you.org/

If you create an account, you have a higher limit of ebooks to download per day.
