When I replace the php code, it activates the control panel but I can't install DEMO content. Request activation code for the demo. What should I do ?

If you followed my instructions, then the nulled version will work perfectly without any changes needed.

I'll be updating to 40.0.2 shortly though.

I can confirm that this DOES WORK!! Thank you for your hard work. I have installed "demo 32" - just a heads up before anyone winges - the imported demo is NOT 100% like the demo of the same theme on the Hostiko website, as not all pages have been added to the menuing system - BUT they are all there - all 38 pages
