If it is only at that one page, then they have fixed it too well.
FIXED: Header not showing in some case

However, when you mention double header, note that there was issues before of mobile and desktop headers showing, here is old link back to it.

How did it go?

I already tested it. I updated and yes, it breaks the menu. To fix it i just go to theme settings and then hit "Save" That way it updates and flush css and everything works fine again

There have no options mobile menu in hub, it could be an external plugin such as wp bottom menu which recommended plugin from Hub. Just check and disable if it active.

Yes you are right. Plugin name is "WP Bottom Menu"
