I am not an expert , anyway I have adsense working and I am trying to get busy with affiliations .
I am looking for a partner because I need to monetize something to survive .
An experienced partner and who knows what they are doing , would be accepted with 50% profit sharing.

in adsense you can only earn if somebody click ad. but in google ad exchange you can earn for every single time your ad seen by someone if you are intrested i will completly take care about you site monetization and share was 80/20 (80 for you 20 for me).
