I need to convert my html/css ticket for pdf printing into php and match it with theme functions like: This (this is original template file).

And here is my custom html/css file My HTML/CSS
For example: Movie name is "Naziv:" in my html

Is there easy way to do this, I have very little knowledge of php.

You should be more specific about what platform you're using .....
I am guessing you are using WordPress and I see you already have some plugin that has html markup for tickets.

1. What plugin are you using for that template code ? Or is it a functions.php snippet ?
2. Where do you use that initial template you showed the code for ?
3. Why do you need to code it ? Have you looked for other plugins that could help ?
4. What is the user story and the exact flow of what you are trying to do ? Depending on this, your solution might be different....

suggestion: don't write inline css/js . Also if tis for wordpress you can use acf fields to make your html template dynamic. You can get more info on web
