Open functions.php
Under line 7, which is:

 */

Add the following:

update_option( 'envate_purchase_code_kalleswp', '*******' );

It will now look like:

 */

update_option( 'envate_purchase_code_kalleswp', '*******' );

if ( ! defined( 'DS' ) ) {

Save the file and ENJOY!

it still shows the warning message after modifying the file. i cannot import demo after activating all the plugins.

after deep diving into code, i found this theme needs server side purchase code and domain verification to get the demo import API work, which means it cannot be really nulled to make auto demo import work.

Could you explain to me how I can import the demos?

I don't know what the correct files are, I think a DAT file is missing.

For anyone who wants to null this theme on your own
Go to edit this file: admin\assets\js\admin.js
Search for line 277:
if ( response.status == 1) {
and replace it with:
if (1) {

Now enter anything (more than 2 char) in Purchase code to activate it
