Having knowledge helps, you will have to configure quite a few things to be able to use the app. But by following the tutorials on Basti's YouTube channel you should be able to do it.

Could you please let me know what language do I need to learn to customize this?

The backend is in php using the framwork yii2. To customize the apps you need to learn quasar to build the app. But with the api from the backend and a Little of reverse engeniering yo can make a new app using any other languaje like flutter.
