i have already trying to remove the shadow ( header menu ) but not working
anyone here know the custom css that i should use ?

Try removing the color from the following, it will make all the menu text dark black, if that is what you mean...

i have already inspect and found this section ( image:css.png) i change the rgba to 0,0,0,0 (and i try to set box-shadow to 0px) it works but after i put
.tdi_19{ box-shadow: 0px 0px 0px 0px rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.0); }

nothing happen

i try to test .tdi_19{ invisibility:hidden; } the css hide the correct section

You were using visibility, which occupies the space, but will not be shown to user (if set to hidden) but, it may not work if there are other elements using that class (like javascript or ... )
So when you set display none, there will be no space occupied, and no other class can show it because it doesn't exist.

yes, better use display than visibility.
visibility does not give you what you want for hiding things.
